Removing Dog or any other Pet or Animal Hair can be quite a labour-intensive task so we now have a Flat Rate of $30 extra for a little to a medium amount of Dog Hair.
However, if there is an excessive amount of Dog or any other Pet or Animal Hair and it takes more than an extra 30 minutes there may be an additional charge.
Usually Most Detail Appointments are completed in under 3 hours for Cars, 5 Seat SUVs/Hatchbacks and Family Pickup Trucks and 7 seat SUV’s/Hatchbacks and under 3.5 hours for Minivans and Larger Vehicles. If it takes much longer than this it might put us behind for our next customer’s appointment.
We only have a window of 4 hours for these appointments and this includes Travel time between our customer’s Time-Slot appointment.

If you think this is too expensive you always have the option to take your Dog, Pet or Animal Hair Covered Vehicle to another Service Provider. The choice is yours.

We understand that pet hair can be difficult to remove and can lead to us running behind our scheduled time-slot and arriving late for our following customer’s appointments.

So we may have to limit how much extra time we can spend on your first appointment and potentially have to return another time to get the rest out unless we have time to spare.
We have 3 Time-slots per day of 4 hours per Time-slot and this includes Driving between Details. If you Schedule our last Time-slot we might have more time to spare, but this depends upon your individual Detail Service Technician as we start work at 8am daily.
